1. Hydrate and come a little early to sit and Meditate on your body goals-Guests in Laconia can enjoy the Waterfall.
2. Come clean. Baths and showers are perhaps our most common form of Hydrotherapy. I always feel better afterwards.
3. Attend to other needs prior to coming…if this sparks a thought, follow through with it. It will help clear your mind.
4. Brainstorm solutions to the state of mind and body stress you are currently facing. I’m happy to share my thoughts and experiences.
